02What this website is

reserva.bg presents the Reserva service — an online booking and appointment system. Using the website is free and requires no registration.

Feature descriptions are for information and are not an offer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act. Terms, prices, timelines and the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) are agreed separately with each organisation in a written contract.

The texts, design, illustrations, logo and software of the website belong to Reserva and are protected by copyright law. Viewing and quoting with attribution is allowed; copying, modifying or commercial use without written permission is not.

04The booking sites

Organisations’ booking sites are run by those organisations. They publish their own terms and privacy policy and are responsible for the content and for the decisions on requests made there.

05Acceptable use

Sending spam or automated messages through the contact form, attempts to disrupt the website or its security, and automated scraping of content for commercial purposes are not allowed.

06Liability

We take care that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for damage caused by temporary unavailability of the website or by decisions based solely on the general information in it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence (Art. 94 of the Obligations and Contracts Act).

07Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
