What is Reserva?
An online booking and appointment system. People see the free slots of rooms, courts or specialists and send a request, and your team approves it.
Do people need an account?
No. A name, an e-mail and a phone number are enough. The decision arrives by e-mail.
What is configured?
The calendar type (for places, for people or both), whether the system is public or private, and its address. Everything else is included. You can add the second calendar type later.
Can the system be closed to the public?
Yes. A private system opens only from the networks you allow, for example your office or your VPN. We keep the list of networks and change it when you need.
Is the data safe?
Yes. Only authorised staff have access, and every action in the panel is recorded in a log. Under contract with a public body we provide a description of the measures and a data processing agreement.
How long does it take to start?
Usually a few days. We set the system up, and you add your places or people and working hours.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the calendar type and on how many places or people are in it. Write to us for a quote.
